VAN CLEEF & ARPELS Diamond Turquoise Poire Suite in 18k Yellow and White Gold. A mid-century demi-parure by Van Cleef & Arpels including a brooch with complimentary on-the-ear clips. A halo with two tiers of round brilliant diamonds alternate with pear-shaped turquoise cabochons surrounded textured gold. All pieces feature a center diamond pistil in pavé. The brooch heightens the pistil with a turquoise round cabochon centerpiece. Brooch measures approx 2.40″ in length by 2″ in width, height ranges from 0.25″ to 1″ from pin. Earrings measure approx. 1.30″ in length by by 1.20 in width, height ranges 0.25″ to 0.60″. Ear clips are currently for non-pierced ears, however, posts can be added for pierced ears. Removable silicon padding has been added to the clips for comfort. Made in France. Includes French assay marks. Signed Van Cleef & Arpels, circa 1960s.
