The chain is handmade platinum of the same vintage (1880 – 1890) as the brooch. The chain is detachable so that the pendant can be used as a brooch. The chain can be worn alone long or single short or double short. The chain can be attached to the brooch long or short. The chain has no stamps for platinum or Tiffany & Co.
